M/Y PACE, a 2005 Selene 40 Ocean Trawler is well presented for sale and priced at 399,000 US Dollars. The Yacht was built to a very high specification and has been very well maintained by her previous owners, and currently with her current owner is a Master Mariner and fully qualifies Yacht Surveyor.<br />

She is powered by a Perkins 185Hp main engine and also has a Westerbeke 44hp wing/’get me home’ engine plus Northern Lights 7kW Generator. 'Pace' has recently completed a refit in Phuket including a full repaint of topsides and superstructure, repairs to the teak deck, installing a hard top on the flybridge, interior re-varnish and numerous other jobs.<br />

Other work completed in the last few years includes application of Copper Bottom antifouling, rebuild (zero hours) of the generator and replacement of the stern thruster, 2 x 'Tides' shaft seals and new main engine shaft.<br />
