Having been brought up with boats and working in the boating industry for many years, Vrit spent over 14 years in the UK himself, Vrit maintains an active contact with the manufacturer, related companies and key personnel in the industry to ensure that the very best standard is adopted.
Richard Allen joins Boat Lagoon Yachting as Chief Executive Officer, bringing over 25 years of international experience in yacht sales, charter, and business development. Based in Hong Kong, Asia for the past 12 years and latterly as the Chief Operating Officer at Simpson Marine he managed and oversaw the sale of that company to Sanlorenzo and restructuring of the business.
Prior to that, he served as Sales Manager for renowned European yacht brands including Monte Carlo Yachts, Beneteau, and Lagoon. His earlier career includes a decade with Ancasta International in the UK and several years with Sunsail, establishing a strong foundation in both brokerage and leisure yacht charter. Richard’s appointment marks a significant step in Boat Lagoon Yachting’s ongoing growth and dedication to providing world-class service across Asia.
Paul’s love for sailing brought him to Thailand in 2002 to compete in The King’s Cup regatta in Phuket, where he decided to call home in 2004 after being offered a position as an RYA sailing instructor. Over his 20 years living in Phuket, Paul has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in yacht sales, yacht charter, yacht management and has held roles with a number of Dealerships and Brokerage houses as General Manager and Company Director. As Senior Sales Manager, Paul will continue his passion to sell yachts, while also being the Brand Manager of Jeanneau.

With over 15 years of international expertise in the marine, marina, and luxury charter sector, Jai Dhillon brings a wealth of leadership experience from both Asia and the UAE. Formerly Managing Director of a prominent yacht charter company, he has led business development initiatives, curated bespoke itineraries, and managed high-profile guest relations while orchestrating luxury events and yacht shows.
Jai Dhillon brings proven success in fleet management and charter sales for premium clientele. His deep knowledge of maritime safety and regulations ensures every charter is seamless, professional, and of the highest standard.
Joy is based in Bangkok and Pattaya. With a degree background in interior architecture, she sees a yacht as an architecture, a living space with your own choice of view. With her expertise, Joy strives to assist clients in attaining their ideal yachts.
Nontalee has a unique combination of international work experience, having spent two years honing skills at the prestigious Banyan Tree Spa in Dubai. She has a service-oriented mindset and could also be an asset in customer-facing roles. Also, her network extends throughout Phuket’s business community, enabling her to facilitate meaningful sales collaborations. She is driven by a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
With over 10 years of marketing experience in the luxury industry, Kornlak has worked for cars superbrands such as Bentley, Lamborghini and Jaguar Land Rover. She also has extensive experience in organising prestigious events for premium and affinity luxury brands for both Thailand and APAC. Kornlak envisions herself to use her experience and contribute to the company’s growth in the Southeast Asia region.
With 14 years of dedicated experience in customer service within the airline and hospitality sectors, Sukulya has had the privilege of contributing her expertise to esteemed organizations such as Mandarin Oriental Bangkok, Oman Air, and Jetstar Airways. In addition to her extensive background in these industries, she has expanded her horizons by venturing into the automotive sector, as a CRM Manager with a focus on Mercedes-Benz Authorized Dealers. She a passion for enhancing customer experiences and driving excellence in customer relationship management.
Stephen has come to us from the UK where he was employed at the Princess Yachts factory. His responsibility has been the installation of drive systems and other machinery in the new boat lines. This experience enables him to provide excellent engineering support to our customers.
Robin joined us in 2008 from the UK bringing with him valuable and unique experience. He has worked with Princess Service UK for over 8 years. Robin has an in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of Princess Yachts of all sizes and is indispensable during any repairs or retro-fittings.
Suda coordinates all warranty work with the Princess factory. She reports all faults and ensures timely responses to customers’ requests. Her extensive knowledge of all aftersales, engines and generators issues, together with her organizational skills enable the office to run smoothly and efficiently.
Having worked for a variety of electrical contractors on everything from tenders to superyachts, Hem has vast experience in the installation and troubleshooting of all marine electrical systems.He combines the best of local product knowledge with the expertise of formal training.
Rajiv is our Yacht coordinator for our Yacht Management team. And carries out the on board system checks and liaises with the clients. His energy and drive ensure that any issues are highlighted immediately and are addressed by the team.
Care has been on the team for nearly 3 years and has excelled in her role. Starting as charter assistant and hostess to now where she liaises very closely with all the team and the yacht management clients. She is meticulous in her work and thrives when the pressure is on.
Captain Wat is a seasoned Captain of South East Asian Waters and is one of our Captains and engineers. Starting his career of large fishing boats, he has a vast amount of experience with local waters and boat handling. During his time with us at Boat Lagoon Yachting, he has adapted his skills to fit with the class of vessel that we are dealing with and has learnt new skills in repair work which he now carries out to the high standards expected on a Princess yacht.
Thorn is our newest crew member and trainee technician. He has proven himself to be hard working and dedicated as a crew member and also has shown that he is careful and thorough in his technical work.
Having spent 6 years at the Princess shipyard in Plymouth UK as the International Sales Manager, Alister took the decision to join our retail front. Having been brought up in South East Asia and his experience of working at the shipyard are invaluable assets to our International Sales team.
Cindy Li, Head of Asia Business & International Broker, brings over eight years of experience in the luxury yacht industry, spanning leading brands such as Princess, Ferretti, Sanlorenzo, and Azimut. A native of Shenzhen, China, and now based between Singapore and Hong Kong, she combines cultural fluency with international expertise to guide clients across Asia in acquiring yachts that match their lifestyle, strengthening Boat Lagoon Yachting’s regional presence with professionalism and dedication.
Michelle has joined us since 2017, she supports the entire administration in our Singapore office. With her extensive knowledge in the hospitality industry, attention to detail and problem solving skills, Michelle makes sure our office’s clerical and administrative operations run smoothly. She also helps to handle financials, boat registrations, Human Resources responsibilities, and events organizing
Tomasz joined us in 2016 bringing 10 years of boat building experience and exposure at the Princess Yachts shipyard, where he acquired knowledge of various trades and skills in all technical aspects of Princess engineering design. Now as senior member of Boat Lagoon Yachting family, with extensive South East Asia marine industry knowledge Tomasz is focused on meeting and delivery customer satisfaction.
Rudy brings in an extensive experience and knowledge of various engineering skills across all yachts systems. With a keen eye for detail he provides an excellent support to our customers and as one of our senior members Rudy is focused on meeting and delivery of clients satisfaction.
