Suda coordinates all warranty work with the Princess factory. She reports all faults and ensures timely responses to customers’ requests. Gai has an excellent knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, making him an excellent technician who is able to adapt to whatever issue is found. This experience combined with his positive and helpful attitude embodies what we aim to achieve from the aftersales department.

Captain Wat is a seasoned Captain of South East Asian Waters and is one of our Captains and engineers. Starting his career of large fishing boats, he has a vast amount of experience with local waters and boat handling. During his time with us at Boat Lagoon Yachting, he has adapted his skills to fit with the class of vessel that we are dealing with and has learnt new skills in repair work which he now carries out to the high standards expected on a Princess yacht.
