Boat Lagoon Yachting achieves unprecedented sales in the first quarter of 2021

Six new Princess’ sold including four Y85’s, two F62’s in South East Asia

Continuing the success of the Princess Y Class, Boat Lagoon Yachting is pleased to announce a very successful first quarter of 2021 with the sale of six new Princess’ including four Princess Y85‘s – two in Thailand and two in Singapore, and two new styled Princess F62‘s – one in Thailand and one in Singapore. The sale exemplifies the popularity of Princess Yachts in South East Asia.

The Y Class has always been popular with our clients in the South East Asia region seeking luxury motor yachts. Each model within the range has been designed to suit longer journeys, with guest comfort and exceptional seakeeping a priority.

The Princess Y85 is designed in collaboration with naval architects Olesinksi and Italian styling house Pininfarina, the model is the flagship of the Y Class range until the launch of the Y95, which will be launched in 2022.

One of the drawing features of the Princess Y85 is that she has been customised for regional tastes, with a round dining table in the saloon, integrated Asian-European galley and bar feature, and a Jacuzzi bath on her flybridge.

“The Y85 model allows owners to travel very comfortably throughout Southeast Asia. Our Asian owners particularly enjoy eating and socialising on board, often with a family across many generations, from children to grandparents. The round dining table is great for family gatherings or for corporate entertainment during business gatherings,” said Vrit Yongsakul, Group Managing Director of Boat Lagoon Yachting.

The recent sale of two new Princess F62‘s has also proven the popularity of the F class range. This popular model has been given a ‘facelift’ featuring the latest hull infusion technology to ensure efficiency and ride comfort, as well as knife-shaped hull windows covering her entire length. These design updates elevate the Princess F62 alongside the Princess range as a high contender for the ideal family flybridge yacht.

Inside the F62, there have been some key uplifts to the materials, fixtures and fittings, with new details on her helm position as well as creating a more open galley arrangement aft. The facelift has helped to bring the light into this yacht, with full-length panoramic windows, open spaces and lighter materials – she really looks both modern and stunning.

Explore the Similan Islands in your own luxury yacht with our April charter promotions

Launching from the western side of Phuket opens the door to explore and visit the Similan Islands and Surin Islands this summer. At the Similan Islands, you will experience a group of nine Islands known for their coral-white beaches, crystal clear waters, picturesque landscapes, and for being home to many sea turtles and other aquatic life. These rarely visited islands comprise two national parks and are located around 13-20km from the shores of Khao Lak. Visiting these stunning islands aboard a luxury yacht is the pinnacle of boating in Phuket and the perfect way to appreciate the Thai island experience.

A holiday on a private yacht is akin to staying at your own private resort where you can relax, have fun, and even work if you need to. In the midst of a pandemic, where social distancing and seclusion from crowds and chaos are a priority, few options for luxury travel trump a long-stay holiday in Phuket, and there is no better accent to an exotic trip to a tropical island than to revel in a luxury yachting experience. Come away and enjoy this experience with this month’s exclusive deal with the following selection of luxury yachts.
