The highlight was an exclusive evening aboard the flagship Princess Y95, where distinguished guests, including Arthur Tay, joined the leadership team for a special toast marking six decades of excellence.

As Southeast Asia’s largest Princess Yachts showcase, the line-up featured the Y95, Y85, Princess 75MY, F65 (Asia Premiere), F55, and Jeanneau Merry Fisher 1295 Fly — reflecting the best in design, innovation, and British craftsmanship.

Capping off the festival, Boat Lagoon Yachting received three prestigious honours at the Yacht Style Awards 2025:

Strategic Leadership for the Future: Richard Allen Appointed CEO

In a bold move signalling its continued growth and ambition, Boat Lagoon Yachting has appointed Richard Allen as Chief Executive Officer, bringing with him a wealth of global expertise and a proven track record in steering luxury marine businesses to new heights.

With over 25 years of international experience spanning yacht sales, charter, and business development, Richard has spent the past 12 years in Asia, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Simpson Marine. There, he successfully led the company through its acquisition by Sanlorenzo and managed a strategic restructuring of the business.

Richard’s leadership roles includes  with renowned European yacht brands such as Monte Carlo YachtsBeneteau, and Lagoon, alongside a decade with Ancasta International in the UK and earlier years with Sunsail, where he built a solid foundation in both brokerage and luxury yacht charter. The appointment marks a pivotal chapter in Boat Lagoon Yachting’s evolution — one that will drive regional expansion, elevate service standards, and reinforce the company’s commitment to delivering world-class yachting experiences across Southeast Asia and beyond.
