With over 25 years of international experience spanning yacht sales, charter, and business development, Richard has spent the past 12 years in Asia, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Simpson Marine. There, he successfully led the company through its acquisition by Sanlorenzo and managed a strategic restructuring of the business.<br />

Richard's leadership roles includes  with renowned European yacht brands such as <strong>Monte Carlo Yachts</strong>, <strong>Beneteau</strong>, and <strong>Lagoon</strong>, alongside a decade with <strong>Ancasta International</strong> in the UK and earlier years with <strong>Sunsail</strong>, where he built a solid foundation in both brokerage and luxury yacht charter.
