2024 Leopard 50 Sailing Catamaran

This 2024 Leopard 50 combines contemporary design, generous living areas and excellent cruising capability. The owner took delivery in October 2024 and now presents her in “as-new” condition. Moreover, her extensive inventory supports relaxed private cruising and longer stays aboard.

Bright, Connected Living Spaces

Simonis Voogd designed the Leopard 50, while Robertson & Caine built her with comfort and functionality in mind. The open-concept layout connects the saloon with the aft cockpit and exterior entertaining areas. Large windows also fill the interior with natural light and enhance the sense of space.

Meanwhile, an elevated helm provides excellent visibility and a clear connection to the aft cockpit. A dedicated hardtop covers the helm and offers welcome protection from the elements. In addition, the upper lounge provides another inviting area for relaxing, sunbathing or entertaining.

Four En-Suite Cabins

The interior offers four comfortable cabins, each with a private en-suite head and separate shower. Island berths allow convenient access from both sides and create a more welcoming, home-like atmosphere. In addition, full-length mirrors and Artesian faux-leather upholstery add a refined contemporary finish.

A dedicated utility room replaces the port forward cabin and includes a washer and dryer. As a result, owners can enjoy greater convenience during extended stays aboard.

The bright saloon features tinted windows, cellular blinds and a versatile table that converts into a coffee table. Furthermore, the entertainment package includes a television with motorised lift, cockpit projector and screen, and marine stereo system.

Comfort for Extended Cruising

For added comfort, a quiet 12V MABRU air-conditioning system serves the interior. A Sea Recovery watermaker also supports longer periods away from the marina. Moreover, the galley includes a refrigerator, separate 12V freezer and microwave.

Meanwhile, an upgraded electrical system provides dependable onboard power. It includes an 8kW global shore-power system, two 3,000W inverters and five 330Ah Victron lithium house batteries. Eight 140W solar panels work with Victron MPPT controllers to support battery charging. Therefore, the yacht offers excellent flexibility for both marina stays and independent cruising.

Navigation and Sailing Performance

Twin 80hp Yanmar diesel engines with saildrives provide reliable auxiliary power. The engine-hour meters currently show approximately 580 hours.

At the helm, a comprehensive Raymarine package supports confident navigation. The equipment includes a 16-inch Axiom multifunction display, i70 instruments, AIS 650 transceiver and autopilot controls. Furthermore, forward- and rear-facing cameras improve visibility when manoeuvring.

The sail inventory includes a mainsail, headsail and 205m² asymmetric spinnaker. An electric mainsheet winch also makes sail handling more convenient.

Outdoor Living and Tender

Outside, the Charcoal Grey finish gives the yacht a distinctive modern profile. Extensive synthetic teak runs through the cockpits, upper lounge, staircase, bow seating and heads. In addition, fitted cushions create comfortable seating across the aft cockpit, forward cockpit, helm and upper lounge.

A hydraulic bathing platform simplifies access to the water. The yacht also carries a lightweight Highfield tender with a Yamaha 25hp four-stroke outboard. Furthermore, the tender includes synthetic teak decking and protective covers.

Finally, an electric cockpit grill, hot-and-cold transom shower, fishing-rod holder and external window covers add further cruising convenience.

Overall, this 2024 Leopard 50 offers an exceptional balance of sailing ability, contemporary comfort and practical liveaboard features. Contact Boat Lagoon Yachting to request the complete inventory, arrange a viewing or obtain further information.
